Canadian Shipping
We have a standard $12.00 shipping fee for all Ontario, Canada residents, outside shipping will be calculated upon checkout. We will notify you once your order has been shipped. You should expect to receive your order between 7 to 10 days through Canada Post unless you have been notified otherwise. For those shopping outside of the Ontario but within Canada, we charge a flat shipping fee of $25.00. We will notify you once your order has been dispatched and will provide an estimated delivery date and tracking information.

Please note that each of our products is handmade and hand-poured. Please allow for some natural variation, each INSPIRA product has its own unique character.
15 Days to Return
We accept returns and exchanges at our discretion within 15 days of purchase with proof of any visible defects not associated with handmade products.
